Consultation Booking Fee Policy – The Loan Minister Financial Consulting
Cost: JMD $5,000
A non-refundable consultation booking fee of J$5,000 is required to schedule your private loan assessment session with The Loan Minister. The purpose of this consultation is to conduct a prequalification check based on certain prerequisites that align with the initial requirements typically needed by banks.
This private assessment allows you to understand your eligibility status discreetly, without impacting your record should your application not qualify, as it is solely an informational step. If you do not qualify, you will be guided on what you need to do to be better prepared next time.
The booking fee also serves as a reservation guarantee to ensure your designated appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you. If the customer does not meet the pre-established criteria, or if the appointment is missed without providing at least 2 hours’ notice for rebooking, the fee will be non-refundable.
Should you meet the qualification criteria and choose to proceed with one of our packages on The Loan Minister website, the consultation fee will be applied as a credit toward your selected package.

This preliminary evaluation helps to avoid time-consumption by identifying early whether your application is likely to meet basic bank approval standards.
This confidential session allows you to understand your eligibility without affecting your credit record. If you do not currently qualify, we will provide professional guidance on what steps to take to improve your chances in the future.
The booking fee also guarantees your reserved appointment time. If you miss your session without providing at least 2 hours’ notice, or if you do not meet the minimum pre-established criteria, the booking fee will remain non-refundable.
