What’s Included:
• Full review of your credit report from major local bureaus
• Identification of negative marks (late payments, defaults, etc.)
• Strategy to remove or improve negative items
• Help setting up repayment or consolidation plans
• Guidance on which debts to clear first for faster loan approval
• Advice on waiting periods after settlement before new loan applications
• Assistance with SLB arrears—how to clear or restructure payments

The purpose of this consultation is to do a prequalification check based on the requirements banks in Jamaica typically need. Our job is to carefully review your financial position, credit history, and debt service ratio, then align you with the bank and loan package that best suits your needs.

Our consultation covers:
• Mortgages
• Car Loans

We simplify the process by eliminating banks that won’t work for you, preparing your documents, and guiding you step by step so you can make the best borrowing decisions. If you proceed with a package from The Loan Minister website, your consultation fee will be credited toward it.

Basic Requirements (Consultation Only):
1. Credit report from Experian, Equifax, or TransUnion
2. Last 3 months’ pay slips (6 if salary fluctuates)
3. Last 6 months’ bank statements (12 if self-employed)
4. ID and TRN (if not on driver’s licence)

Terms & Conditions:

The purpose of this consultation is to do a prequalification check based on the requirements banks typically need. Our job is to carefully review your financial position, credit history, and debt service ratio to determine your eligibility.

If you do not qualify, we will guide you on what steps to take so you are better prepared next time. If you meet the criteria and choose to proceed with a package from The Loan Minister website, your consultation fee will be credited toward it.

Basic Requirements (Consultation Only):

2. Last 12 months’ bank statements

Terms & Conditions:
• Consultation fee: JMD $15,000 (non-refundable).
• Payment must be made 24 hours before your scheduled consultation.
• Proof of payment should be sent via WhatsApp 876-537-3969 or email info@theloanminister.com.
• If payment is not received in advance, your booking slot will be removed.
• If the appointment is missed without at least 2 hours’ notice for rebooking, the fee remains non-refundable.
• The consultation fee will be credited toward any package if you choose to continue.

Jetour - Loan Support Consultation Package

Initial Consultation Fee (Conditions Apply):

• $0.00 – Local Employed Clients (no credit issues)
• JM$10,000 – Credit Issues / Credit Repairs
• JM$15,000 – Self Employed
• USD$80 – International Clients

If you choose to buy from a different dealer after we begin, our service fee will no longer be covered by Jetour, and you will need to pay us directly.
Subsidized fees may also apply to International or self-employed clients based on the dynamics of the transaction.

• If you already have a banker, you may provide their contact details so we can work alongside them — this can help speed up approval and strengthen our relationship with them as a potential referral partner.
• We’ll support the process by filling any gaps that may arise and help ensure a smooth experience.
• Once approved, we’ll send confirmation to Jetour so your vehicle can be secured quickly.
• Communicate any challenges you’re having so we can assist wherever possible.
